House Museum of First Congress of the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party is one of the oldest museums in Minsk. It was opened in 1923, in a building where the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party was founded in 1898.

Since 1992, the House Museum is a branch of the National Museum of History and Culture of Belarus (the current National Historical Museum of the Republic of Belarus). The exposition of the House Museum presents the history of the congress of Russian Social Democrats, as well as the history of the governorate Minsk at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

The House Museum is included in the The State Register of Historical and Cultural Values of the Republic of Belarus as a historical monument.

Permanent exhibition

Visitors can learn about the history of the city of Minsk at the end of the XIX - beginning of the XX century: socio-political formation, cultural and socio-economic life, the First Congress of the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party in 1898.
